Joy Chant Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Joy Chant service ("Service") provided by Lion and the Lab ("Company").

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides video viewing for Bible verse memorization, memorization tests, and community features. Video content included in the Service is provided through the YouTube iFrame Player API with permission from Hana Movement.

Article 3 (Account)

• Users may log in with an email, Kakao, or Apple account.
• Users may delete their account at any time from the My Page section within the app. Upon deletion, all data will be permanently removed.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

• Users must not post illegal or inappropriate content in the community.
• Users must not upload content that infringes on the copyrights of others.

Article 5 (Copyright)

• The copyright of video content within the Service belongs to Hana Movement.
• Bible verses are based on the Revised New Korean Standard Version by the Korean Bible Society.
• The copyright of content uploaded by users belongs to the respective users.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service unavailability caused by external factors such as network failures or YouTube service interruptions.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may modify these Terms and will notify users through in-app announcements when changes are made.
