Ttobak Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Ttobak service ("Service") provided by Lion and the Lab ("Company").

The Service is an AI-based screen-free learning platform for children aged 4 to 8, providing the following features:

Personalized worksheet generation and PDF delivery across 8 subjects: Korean, Math, English, Critical Thinking, Art, Social Studies, Nature, and Life Skills
Learning content utilizing AI-based image generation (coloring pages, activity sheets, etc.)
AI-based automatic grading and learning feedback through uploaded photos of completed worksheets
Immersive learning through Story Adventure mode
AI coaching consultation for parents
Parent community board
Learning progress tracking and collection system

Users may log in with an email, Kakao, or Apple account.
Users may register their child's information (name, date of birth, grade, interests, etc.) to receive personalized learning content.
Users may delete their account at any time from the My Page section within the app. Upon deletion, all data (child information, learning records, grading photos, generated worksheets, etc.) will be permanently removed.

The Service may offer certain features through paid subscriptions (in-app purchases).
Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the fee specified at the time of purchase will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period; auto-renewal and cancellation can be managed in each store's account settings.
Refunds follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Users must not post illegal or inappropriate content in the community.
Users must not upload content that infringes on the copyrights of others.
Users must not collect or share the personal information of others (including children's information) without authorization.
Users must not redistribute worksheets generated through the Service for commercial purposes.

The copyright of the Service's software, design, and content structure belongs to the Company.
Worksheets and images generated through AI may be freely used by the user who created them for personal and educational purposes.
The copyright of content uploaded by users to the community belongs to the respective users.

The Service collects minimal information such as the child's name, date of birth, grade, and interests for learning personalization.
Collected children's information and grading photos are used solely for worksheet generation, automatic grading, and content personalization.
Children's information is not provided to third parties.

Worksheets, images, coaching responses, and other content in the Service are generated through AI, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
AI coaching consultation provides reference information and does not replace professional educational counseling or medical advice.

The Company is not liable for service unavailability caused by external factors such as network failures or external API service interruptions.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

The Company may modify these Terms and will notify users through in-app announcements when changes are made.
