Nestling Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Nestling application ("Service") provided by Lion and the Lab ("Company").

The Service is a fully offline newborn-care logging app providing the following features:

• Tracking: feeding (breast/bottle), diapers, sleep, growth (WHO percentiles), vaccinations (region schedules for Korea/WHO/US)
• On-device tools: cry listener, label scanner, voice log, white noise, offline first-aid guide
• Data export: a JSON backup you own

The Service contains no networking code and has no accounts, login, or servers.

• The Service requires no sign-up or login.
• All data is stored solely on your device; the Company collects and stores no data whatsoever.
• Deleting the app permanently removes all data stored on the device. Because data exists only on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups via the export feature if desired.

• The Service is a one-time paid app purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
• There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads.
• Payment and refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Users must not use the Service for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
• Users must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content within the Service without authorization.

• The emergency guide, growth percentiles, vaccination schedules, and similar content provide general reference information only and do not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
• In urgent medical situations, please consult a healthcare professional immediately.

Intellectual property rights for the Service's UI, design, software, and content belong to the Company. Vaccination and growth-standard information is based on public health data (e.g. WHO) and may differ from the most current information.

• The Service is a fully offline app and data is stored only on your device. The Company is not liable for data loss due to device loss, damage, or app deletion; users are encouraged to back up via the export feature.
• The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

The Company may amend these Terms and will provide notice through the app or this page.
