The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Service: • Required: Email address, child information (name/nickname, date of birth, grade, interests) • Optional: Profile avatar, learning difficulty settings • Content: Worksheet photos captured/uploaded for automatic grading (grading photos) • Payment: Subscription status and purchase history (in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; the Company does not directly store payment method information such as credit card details) • Automatically collected: Device information (OS, device model), push notification token, app usage records, worksheet generation and usage records, learning records including progress and grading results

The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes: • AI-based personalized worksheet generation and delivery • Content recommendation based on child's grade and interests • Learning history management and progress tracking • Automatic grading and learning feedback through analysis of grading photos • Voice guide service provision • Subscription payment processing and purchase history management • Delivery of learning reminders and service announcements via push notifications • Service improvement and new feature development • Customer inquiry response and support

The Company obtains consent from legal representatives (parents, etc.) when collecting personal information of children under 14 years of age. Children's personal information is used only for service provision purposes, and legal representatives can request access, correction, or deletion of children's personal information at any time. • Children's learning data is used only for AI worksheet generation and personalized recommendations • Children's personal information is not provided to third parties • Related information is immediately destroyed upon request from a legal representative

The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, it will be retained for that period. • Records on contracts or withdrawal: 5 years • Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years • Records on consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years • Service usage records: 1 year

The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: • When the user (or legal representative) has given prior consent • When required by law or when there is a request from investigative agencies following legally prescribed procedures

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it is no longer needed. • Electronic file format: Deleted using technical methods that make records irreproducible • Printed personal information: Shredded or incinerated

Users and legal representatives can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and may request account deletion. For requests to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information, please contact us through the app settings menu or at contact@lionandthelab.com.
